So what you're saying is, rather than try to drop all of these utter bastards into a volcano in one go, maybe start off with just one and see how it goes?

Thank you.

Yes. Baby steps. Stack 'em!

"And sometimes, the fastest way to change your life is to simply stack dozens of tiny habits and decisions on top of each other and allow the results to compound over time."

I find this works, just little habits of being. Become habits that don't require much thought.

And if Gates is heavy, who cares, that's certainly the least of it.

By the way, could you remind me what a comfort zone is?!?!

Thats easy. Comfort zone is anything pre 2020. Gates could possibly benefit from the higher T from the power stance (the meaner version of this meme recommends a trainer bra).

Love the idea of stacking little habits!

I wasn't in a comfort zone pre 2020.

You wrote stacking little habits. It is a great idea.

People get heavy for all sorts of reasons. I've read some interesting pieces about environmental factors/toxins.

I wonder if Gates is eating emotionally? Although that would speak to him having a conscious.

Good and excellent reminders. Never has the importance of small steps toward a goal been so important. My husband and I work on these approaches through each day and along with grown kids and grandkids. They work. Mental & physical health all connected.
