There has been a rivalry beween the founder of the WEF (World Economic Forum) and the founder of the WEC (World Economic Conference) since the early 1970’s, with “the forecasters” WEC annual conventions preceeding the World Economic Forums meetings by a year. Klaus reportedly believes in “the forecasters” cycles, yet, as all authoritarians and dictators do, he wants to harness them to bend history HIS WAY.
