But I do agree that the actual, real, science supports the idea that we are heading into a COLDER period, not "global warming." I've pretty much made it my policy to disbelieve EVERYTHING coming from the US Govt.

Anyone who attains a high position of power in this paradigm pays their dues with OUR blood, sweat, and tears. That line they walk is the line that separates us from our rights. Maybe this is not the case with ALL leaders, but leaders in the circles of hegemony, for sure.
Well, I'm not afraid of global warming or cooling, and am not going to make any prediction as to the direction the overall future climate takes. Choices are now political mostly. But I do like watching the thickness and extent of the Arctic Sea ice to dwell on what is occurring now. But that could all be a lie too (images can be faked).
The climate on this planet stabilized a short time ago, relatively to the more distant past, and its a theory increasing fertility, increasing iterations of life leading to climax forests that mitigated the extremes. Just natural to make a home more 'livable'. Now that humans are destroying this life cycle its a good chance the normal climate will reemerge. No Goldilocks making a choice in such a forecast.
