So you've seen Dr. DREW and these celebrity trainer guys collaborating lately, and probably figure Dr. Drew is a just a shrewd marketer and probably got an offer he couldn't refuse.
I found this casual conversation with Dr. Drew and his wife really excellent!
It had be doing a 10 mile bike ride with my kids this evening, and I may buy one or the other of their targeted fitness courses.
The key for me, is that everything is geared to LIFELONG hacks that you can incorporate, not “campaigns”.

Hubby is 62 and used to be a BB guy. He was enormous when I first met him over 30 yrs ago. He still works out 6 days a week and has bounced back from his cancer surgery and radiation like it was nothin'.
He even did a light workout every day when his stitches came out and then all during rad treatments.
Move it or lose it is right, as the other commenter said!🙂
