Yes, I think that must have been her initial experience, although clearly we know many are dropping dead a month to a year later as well now. I believe Dr. McCullough said at one point it looked like 50% were within 72 hrs of shot and the rest later.
Also, the speaker seems to attribute the fact that after the first few weeks dead babies were coming from only small town hospitals to the idea that somehow treatment protocols were different there. Olooney and others have testified that the big hospitals were taking dead babies right to incinerators bypassing the morgues, like you said.
