So, I'll admit I predate the internet (at least the civilian version) and I often “struggs to func” when it comes to understanding what motivates young humans these days.
We are in the midst of The Great Resignation, also known as the Big Quit and the Great Reshuffle, an ongoing economic trend in which employees have voluntarily resigned from their jobs en masse, beginning in early 2021 in the wake of the COVID-19 plandemic.
Yeah, there's AI, vax disability, brain fog and other very real disruptors out there, but the zeitgeist of valuing and prioritizing a search for MEANING over getting ahead (or even what makes basic survival sense economically) is a new kid on the block.
Here's who's ready to quit their job and show up for something genuinely meaningful at the drop of a hat right now:
And unlike the 60s and 70s it's not predominantly upper middle claaa WASP kids looking to drop out and tune in, and piss of Mom and Dad.
It's not this (good movie by the way, even though director Sean Penn has seemingly gotten lost in slava wokeness vaxland since:
It's not this
As a car collector and Element owner, I enjoy dropping in on and watching car meetups of real owners and their creatively modified rides.
Anyways, here's a quick portrait of a Gen Z kid.
Elliot meets people, sleeps in his Honda Element, volunteers as a guide at a Silent Film Museum. Recommends Chaplin’s 1925 The Gold Rush (but the 1948 version with subtitles) as the best, sweetest silent film ever made.
Gen Z: Gen Z is the newest generation, born between 1997 and 2012. They are currently between 1 and 26 years old (nearly 68 million in the U.S.)

Here's the silent film worth quiting your meaningless job for:
Enjoy
With a renewed search for meaningful experience over “things” maybe the kids are alright after all.
Now if we can just get Nuremberg 2.0 started and clear the decks of neocons, grifters, mother WEF'fers, zoggites, climate tyrants and death shot racketeers, we'll have a fighting chance at actually “building back better”.
BONUS!
“MA, THE MEATLOAF!” Scene.
Enjoy!
Mankind has a plan but then God has his. Sometimes that gets lost to our sight.
Gen Z is thus far the most stupid generation yet. Being raised by the millennials who were the first generation to have video games in their homes and it changed them and the world around us.
Many will disagree with me and that is fine as I have looked at this a million different ways and it comes back the same each time.
The “Dumbing Down of America” has been wildly successful. It has been very intentional in order to bring us to this moment in time. Watching this play out makes me curious to see, hoping I live just long enough to know, if Gen Z has enough smarts left in them to NOT run the nation (if we have one left after the regime is done with turning us into Amerizuela) into the ground.
Does America still have it in her population to be great? We have gone downhill with each new generation. I genuinely fear for the future for this and the following generations. If we don’t get the government OUT of our school system NATIONWIDE and put the parents and their communities back in the driver’s seat for our children’s education we are absolutely DOOMED. And it will be our own darn fault for allowing this to continue. Just like the whole trans bs.
