I wrote an article later where I found that this practice goes back into the Ayurvedic exercise instructions. They vary by temp and season too, body type and age, foods eaten. Rigorous to meditative yogic was a continuum of the body and mind. I love yoga studies but got enough and moved on :)

QUESTION: There is nobody better to ask than you. There is speculation that they can postpone or eliminate the election this year. When you stated that 2024 could be the last election, and your computer said neither side would accept the result with sharply rising civil unrest, what is the real risk with the election? Postponement or elimination?

ANSWER: I will address this subject in detail in the 2024 Outlook Report. Since the very drafting of the United States Constitution, it does NOT require a popular election in connection with the choice of a president. The 1787 Constitution merely directed that:
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.”
NO THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO HOLD AN ELECTION
The Constitution requires that the states appoint electors, and no requirement says we have any right to vote individually for the president. The states can select their electors, and if there is no majority, then the House decides. If the House cannot decide, guess what - Kamala automatically becomes president as if Biden died. He MUST step down, for his term is defined by the Constitution. Kamila will become president for the next 4 to 8 years.

In fact, 1824 was the first time any Popular Vote was recorded. Just look at the first two elections of George Washington. In both the election of 1789 and 1792 Washington received all votes from the Electoral College. During the first election, Washington won the electors of all ten eligible states.
