Sounds like the newest excuse for all of the heart problems from the Covid jab.

No, this is real. You are crossing the thin line between proper vigilance and paranoia.

There are nights when me and hubs are sleeping separately now because we both snore. Neither of us are overweight or unhealthy but it is awfully dry this time of year.

Does the ap need to be connected to the Internet while in use? I generally don't leave my phone on at night nor is there wifi available in my room

D-loaded, used last night on ✈️mode. No wifi necessary. It's actually a very nice ap Jimy! Thanks!❤️

We breathe air not oxygen

Oxygen is a poison

Oxygen is extremely dry air, water content is measured in parts per million Eg medical oxygen has 67ppm of water.

We breathe air, moist air measured in %. Eg 30-50% humidity or water is normal.

The lung alveoli requires air to reach dew point (100% humidity).

The lungs rehydrate the RBCs as they pass through the alveoli capillaries.

Nothing to do with oxygen or carbon dioxide.

Hydration equals salt plus water.

RBCs are rehydrated with the intravenous saline drip too as they pass through. The RBCs are sponge like carrying saline water.

Why are cold seasonal?

Cold air holds the least moisture. More time is spent inside rooms with dry heated air.

Dehydration is the insult that triggers the mucosa into over production as it recalibrates the respiratory tract moisture.

Oxygen is prescribed primarily with the terminally ill. Palliative care is not kind!

Oxygen kills because it dehydrates the alveoli causing micro clots, seizures and death. It can kill in minutes or days, it may have been their perfect murder weapon.

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and oxidation and oxidised are words used to hide dehydration.

The lungs and kidneys work together to maintain blood volume.

You might like my article:

How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease?

Imagine giving advice ‘to prevent heart disease’ that will cause it and induce multiple chronic diseases and this becomes entrenched as a cultural norm. Big pHARMa has profited, the sickness industry has become the largest industry. A great way to ensure market growth every year!

Naivety has cost too much! Evil people take advantage.

Scrutiny and reclaiming science into the COMMONS is now imperative. We need the people to be the guardians of COMMON sense/science.

My husband doesn’t snore after drinking vodka but if he drinks bourbon, I sleep in the other room. We discovered it by accident!

I went to a sleep clinic years ago and I wasn’t eligible for the machine (in the 90’s) . Foolishly took omeprazole for a decade. Got better after I quit that & went gluten free.

Yeah I am on it, I am leery because it reduced your calcium uptake. Getting off bread is a good idea regardless.

A good post on a serious subject. I do have sleep apnea I did the sleep study and got the CPAP machine, but that didn't work out for me. Mine is caused by esophageal restriction from GERD, so what did work for me was getting my esphogus stretched, which is a minor non invasive surgery, and taking omeprazole to tame the GERD.

It is a serious condition, do consult a doctor if you think you have. Before I got the esoph. stretch, I woke up several times and couldn't breath for like 30 seconds which is very frightening.

Oh, and a steamer helps more with the dry air than the CPAP machine IMO.

Find out the underlying cause before relying on cpap. My husband found out he had allergies and we live at 9500 elevation so problem solved! I think doctors immediately prescribe a cpap without looking into the cause first. Oxygen is your friend no doubt.

No oxygen is a poison because it dehydrates.

It is manufactured from air to remove water. The difference between air and oxygen is the water content.

Lungs require air ti reach 1000% humidity at the alveoli.

Medical oxygen has only 67ppm of water.

Can you see the mismatch?
