I don't believe there is shedding at all. Detox supplements are good, I'd say, and if it feels good to change your clothes and shower, it's probably not gonna HURT you!

Maybe your mom would agree to be "wired" instead of WiFi? YOU can get wired and no more WiFi! Save up if you need to, it's WORTH IT. And if you're renting, your landlord has certain duties, and if that's black mold, that's serious stuff and s/he is responsible... maybe for the WiFi, too--- have you asked about that? Sometimes people will surprise you and do something very cool...
