Or maybe most of the jabs were just saline solutions designed to weed out what remains of moral autonomy from those who will, without question, 'follow superior orders' ... the Nuremberg Defense.
This is one clever way of ensuring a more compliant military, despite the questionable morality of future orders to come. And if entire batches of injections are 'different', I see no reason why specific, potentially problematic individuals could not be targeted with a slow-kill bio-weapon.
If even a simpleton such as myself can think of how to weaponize health care this easily, I'm sure someone up the chain of command has long since explored this scenario.
