I have cousins that were raised in the burbs and they always made us farm people feel like we were second class citizens with their noses stuck up in the air thinking they were more clever or whatever. Solution: Speedy trial (as adults) for felony 1st degree Murder for both perpetrators and a rapidly carried out VERY PUBLIC execution after any conviction with a guilt verdict.
