I doubt it. How would that work? People are already exposed to massive amounts of 5G through their mobiles/routers etc, yet the nanoparticles have not been triggered, en masse anyway. It is, imho, not possible to transmit a frequency that has not already been transmitted, or at the necessary power come to that.
ALL non-ionising radiation (2G-5G) dissipates extremely quickly when in contact with conductive fluids. That is why it cannot travel very far into our conductive fluid filled bodies. In fact, 5G cannot penetrate nearly as far as 4G, and is likely gone after a millimeter or two.
It can, and will, still do great damage to those cells hit, and put massive strain on the immune system to repair. This reparation occurs mainly at night, which is why it is so important to keep exposure to a minimum. AIRPLANE mode, all wi-fi off, especially when sleeping.
