Actually an excellent interview. Thanks. He makes some key connections between the smoker data I posted 2 years ago and “long covid”. The nicotine gum I took on a whim last year actually removed my titinitus and it's fascinating to hear it worked for his wife too after vitimins and iver failed to help

Vaping Causes More DNA Damage Than Regular Cigarettes

https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2023/03/15/vaping-causes-dna-damage.aspx?

So, this post is not to encourage smoking but research into nicotinic acid and other mechanisms at work here.

In fact, one simple related precursor is niacin.

40 min mark. NIACIN (PREFERABLY HOT FLUSH TYPE, USED WITH INFRARED SAUNA) is crucial to mitigating spike damage, but the FLCCC so far completely ignores it in their protocol. Listen from the 39 min mark. It's dirNiacin.

I get it here: ( not medical advice!!)

Again. Don't smoke, or take nicotine gum or patch thinking this works. Niacin (flush niacin) is NOT nicotine and is not a precursor. Niacin is excellent and shows nearly OPPOSITE effect. Never mind that nicotine (non tobacco) has links to osteoporosis and a host of stuff you don't want. WHO SAYS YOU NEED TO INHALE? Nicotine gum or patches are proving to be very successful in treating many post-vaxx symptoms, tinnitus being one of them.

And many people are concerned about becoming addicted to nicotine. But studies have proven that it is not addictive.

Additionally, nicotine offers incredible benefits for various neurological functions:

It has actually been used in cognitive research for over 30 years!

Fun random Fact:

Zeppelins pioneered airmail service across the Atlantic, and the Hindenburg carried approximately 17,000 pieces of correspondence on its final voyage. Amazingly, 176 pieces stored in a protective container survived the crash and were postmarked four days after the disaster. The pieces, charred but still readable, are among the world’s most valuable philatelic artifacts.

To be 100% Clear, Stop Smoking.

The variable protecting smokers from covid was found to be NICOTINIC ACID also known as NIACIN. Not the Nicotine.

New study shows NEUROTOXIC FRAGMENTS IN THE SPIKE PROTEIN SHOW WORSE EFFECTS IN PRESENCE OF NICOTINE

Stop smoking. USE NIACIN (use flush preferrably. 500mg in infrared sauna session works wonders for me!)

Way too many kids are vaping. This is becoming a huge problem at the school. I hate seeing kids inhale this stuff. It can’t be good. I would never.

NEW RESEARCH!!!!! WE NOW KNOW WHY SMOKERS DID BETTER! IT WASN'T THE NICOTINE BUT THE NIACIN (NICOTINIC ACID) THAT IS FORMED WHEN TOBACCO IS COMBUSTED. IT HAS TO BE BURNED. THIS IS ALSO KNOWN AS NIACIN, WHICH IS A SUBSTRATE FOR NAD, WHICH IS A SUBSTANCE WITHOUT WHICH CELL DEATH OCCURS. WE KNOW NAC IS SEVERELY DEPLETED IN COVID (AND POSSIBLE VAXXED) PERSONS, WHICH IS WHY NIACIN IS HAVING REMARKABLE RESULTS IN COMBATING THE EFFECTS OF THIS BIOWEAPON.

I’m late in seeing this. I have tinnitus. It comes & goes. I’m taking B vitamins but might not be enough niacin. I need to research on this one. I also noticed when I watch TV in our family room , it’s a 70 in Sony. Especially when a football game is on it kicks the tinnitus into full gear. Kind of creepy. The wifi router is near the TV. Most likely it’s a sensitivity to EMF, I think.

Melatonin is helping the tinnitus but I only tolerate low doses. Plus Spike formula. Black cumin seed oil is helping me get my sense of smell back but I have to take it in addition to what’s in Spike detox for it to continue working. This has been going on for 2 years now.

Fun Fact

In 1963 about 4,345 cigarettes were consumed per adult in America, marking an all-time high in cigarette consumption.

Why hasn't national health improved at all in the years since? Discuss

Especially since big tobacco was forced to remove cigarette ads Many people quit smoking. Health issues, and cardiovascular issues are still an issue in non smokers. In my last job I took care of patients with lower extremity vascular problems in particular, many which are diabetics most obese. Tobacco use was only part of the problem. The rest are poor diet choices, sedentary lifestyle. When you see food commercials on TV it’s all processed junk. Then there’s the endless stream of pharmaceutical commercials. At least those note side affects and adverse reactions. Lots of money being made at the corporate levels though.

I came to an hypothesis at the beginning of this scam. I am an ex-smoker and I read somewhere that the smoker's lungs had been exposed to toxins of various kinds and that antibodies had been created over time in the normal course of the immune system's function. Sounds reasonable to me.

I only had mild symptoms of a flu-like infection in January 2020 and starting taking Vitamin D and C, together with zinc and green tea (the inonophore) daily thereafter together with my wife. We have had nothing since - not even a sniffle. I can only speak as I find being unvaxxed.

Wellll, roller of unfiltered nic and th c... Bugler ryo is my choice, was until the price reached ridiculousness, now 24/7 long red opened up and turned into 4 (3 or 4), Bugler wraps, something tagged my dumb butt hard in early 2020, mid Feb until Friday March 13 I was serial sick, like a big dog, thought it was gonna slay me, vitamin C and sunshine and exercise finally broke me outta the seeming death grip clutching me, but ain't been right since. Small continuous headache, blood clots in both lungs 1/'21, pneumonia in my right lung 12/'21, homeopathic meds from a kinesiologist brought me back a long way, can't hardly handle the pricetag though, gov don't wanna help like that, they think all that synthetic medstuff be the way ya gotta go if any fiscal assistance is gonna be coming from them... give me a couple of the 5.72 and forget yer stinkin' needle. L.O.D.

Ya telling all about the sky squirting which has all that nano metals and plastic raining down on our heads continuously? We've been brought to the brink and the ecosphere tottereth upon it... we fall with it. All this jab stuff just might not matter too much longer as our blood turns into a sludge of muck that can't pass through capillaries worth a darn. I've long been sure that the micro metal we breathe is sticking blood cells together. And that sounds like a real bad state of affairs.

You are very right of course, DJ. - sorry to hear of your suffering - we are all victims, no doubt. Although I live deep in rural SW England temporarily - I lived in Cape Town for 10 years in the noughties and the air is so pure - straight up from the Antarctic. The air in stinking Britain is evil, even in the countryside. The oligarchs live in the same soup it seems but as they make big bucks from their pollution, they seem unconcerned to fix anything.

I'm past caring at 78, but I fear for my children and grandchildren. We have benefited from unbelievable gains in living standards since the industrial revolution, especially the Boomers, and now we must all pay the price - no gain without pain. IMHO we are now witnessing de-growth and a eventual return to the 18th century - I write about the arguments:

Wouldn’t it be better to switch to vaping? I see more propaganda against vaping than against smoking. Maybe because kids are doing it. It’s a gateway drug to smoking. Maybe we should make all cigarettes illegal except for vapes. Phase them out at least.

Vaping is likely better than smoking, but an even better solution for many is to increase their intake of vitamin B3 aka niacin. Dr. Katz noticed this smoking connection as well and has been testing and modifying nutritional approaches to account for it.
