modRNA was recently found in breastmilk, and in serum of babies breastfeeding, from mothers vaccinated. Extracellular vesicles enable transmission of modRNA as well as proteins. So progeny can already be transfected, even if there is no genetic integration in the mother.
While DNA can last 500 years, at least. Under certain conditions, it might last much longer. But, in a living human, that continuously replaces the tissues of the body (excepting teeth and the eggs female humans are born with for the next generation) the extra non-transfected DNA will be swept up and removed in seven years… about… faster maybe in the young, slower in the elderly.
While degradation of tissues and systems in the initial insult by DNA plasmids can cause illness and disease, those should peak, with repeated insults in years 4-7 (2026-2029) but the secondary hit comes from transfected eggs in those females attempting to produce progeny in the future.
