US military strategists “should be fired immediately” for placing us in a position where the US has merely TWO WEEKS worth of self defense ammo, shells, etc left to defend an attack on our homeland. This is military lunacy. Do they WANT global nuclear war?

William Scott Ritter Jr. (born July 15, 1961) is an American author and pundit and a former United States Marine Corps intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector. He served as a junior military analyst during Operation Desert Storm[3] and then as a member of the United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM) overseeing the disarmament of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Iraq from 1991 to 1998, from which he resigned in protest.

Seymour Hersh, who became close to Ritter in the 1990s, said that Ritter "understands the (wider) world in a way that few Westerners I know do. You have no idea how smart he is".

He understands both the US and Russian war machines and motivations, and is well worth hearing.
