Stop trying to psyche yourself into things. That’s actually doing things bass ackwards. Just take action on what you already know you need to do….and FEEL the motivation materialize:

And if you, or your college kid, or anyone you care about has plans to take action “after I find myself”, know that that’s bass ackwards too.

It is only by launching full tilt into ACTION based on what you already know that the process of “finding myself”, who you are, your purpose, your strengths, weaknesses, passions emerge. You will NEVER figure that out solely through contemplation and navel gazing.

So quite whining (if you apply these simply but powerful life hacks you’ll be too involved to feel sorry for yourself anyways)
