Yep, Elon just said they’ll allow individuals to buy a cybercab for $30,000 and add it to the Tesla cybercab fleet. This means you, uber drivers, and any consumer will be able to have a side-hustle, covered by Tesla insurance (or Lemonade which also insures cybercabs now).

This is the cheapest way to purchase a Tesla, and an income producing asset.
