To be more successful tomorrow than you were today, there’s a simple formula that’s done more for me than the hundreds of success and self help books I’ve read over the years:

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Doesn’t have to be all the freaking time.

Just Keep it Simple:

At least ONCE DAILY, Push Yourself to do something small that scares the hell out of you.

Most of your growth, opportunities, peak moments and natural highs are hidden just outside of your personal comfort zone. The great thing is… you already know what that area is, and what makes your uncomfortable.

It’s the thing you’re avoiding today, and probably the sales call, relationship move, hobby or business launch, or confrontation you need most. Do it, and you’ll get a natural high and leap forwards in progress bigger than a $5000 weekend walking fire with Tony Robbins will get you.

It’s also, almost certainly, the action with the BIGGEST POSSIBLE PAYOFF you can do today.
